Lynne is a professional speaker that will bring a wealth of experience, education, interaction and real world application for your audiences. She is funny, touching, and her energy keeps audiences on the edge of their seats. Lynne Hardin, Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), is an entrepreneur and agent for change. As President / CEO of Integrated Solutions, Inc, Ms Hardin has been involved in Banking, Real Estate Development and Consulting in the areas of Health, Education, Public Policy and Finance. Much of her work has been directed in working with non-profit organizations.
In 1993, after a serious and life-altering car accident, Lynne found herself struggling for her life. She was twice considered dead, however Lynne's spirit wouldn't allow her to stop fighting for her life... She made a CHOICE to live! This was her beginning, asking the question "Why?" She wondered why this accident happened. Why did it happen at that time in her life? This road f questions lead her to discovering her true power, the Sacred Gift of Choice.
Lynne is the author of "The Magic of Why®". This dynamic book and program will change how you see the question "Why". She allows the audience to arrive at a new level of understanding - their "Why". Lynne had a proven track record of taking the challenges in her personal and professional life and radically changing them for the better.
She has raised funds for the construction of major developments, including schools, residential and commercial ventures. She serves on many boards and is a member of the International Women's Forum, Women Presidents' Organization and was appointed by Governor Frank Keating to the Oklahoma Workforce Board. Ms Hardin is an agent for change and an advocate for men, women and children.
Lynne's philosophy is that "we need to change our governing dynamic from fear, competition and lack, to... love, cooperation and abundance!"
